ORAL ORDER:
It appears, a workman by name Jagpal Singh was laid off. Questioning the same, second respondent raised a dispute and ultimately the same was referred to first respondent-Tribunal. However, during the pendency of the dispute, the workman had filed I.A.No.39 of 1996 stating that he should be reinstated into service as an interim measure. The said I.A. was ordered on 4.9.1996 directing the petitioner management to provide work to the workman Jagpal Singh on his reporting for duty and continue to provide him employment till the disposal of I.D.No.31 of 1995. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
The learned counsel for petitioner states that during the pendency of writ petition, the said Jagpal Singh had settled his account with the management and left the organization, therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
