Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the inaction of the 1 and 2 Respondents and acting under the instructions of the unofficial respondent herein initiating the process of investigation to enquire all the charges/contents of complaints/petitions as illegal, arbitrary , being violation of Articles 14, 15 , 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the 1 and 2 Respondents to commence the process of investigation under section 2 (h) and Chapter XII of Cr.P.C. as well as under Chapter II of section 3 of the S.C. S.T ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and to call for all the records pertaining to the investigation, which has been made so far,

ORAL ORDER :
This writ petition, which was filed on 23-08-2004, came up for admission on 25-082004. On that date, since none appeared for the petitioner, the matter was again listed on 22-09-2004. On that date also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Obviously, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
