ORDER:
Though counter affidavit is not filed, it is submitted by Sri Moola Vijayabhaskar learned standing counsel for the respondents that pursuant to the tender notifications issued, tenders were opened and it is decided to allot the contract to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
