ORAL ORDER:
The petitioner seeks quashing of Cr.No.58 of 2005, on the file of the I Town Police Station, Ongole, Prakasam District. The complaint made by one Nalluri Varamma and Koduri Rajeswari do make out prima facie an offence by the petitioner under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the law declared in the STATE OF HARYANA VS. BHAJAN LAL (1. ) as the sole petitioner herein is accused in the complaint of having along with other family members doing chit and finance business, making false representations, induced payment of money by the complainants failed to repay the maturity amounts, no case is made out for relief.
On the aforesaid analysis, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
