The Contempt Case filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to initiate proceedings under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Respondents herein for willfully disobeying the orders passed in W.P.M.P.No. 8283 of 204 in W.P.No. 6395 of 2004 dated 5-4-2004 and punish the Respondents suitably;
