Even on this day, there is no representation on the side of the writ petitioners. The writ petitioners have not even cared to comply with the orders of this Court dated 06.04.1990. It is obvious that the petitioners have not been evincing any interest in the writ petition and the writ petition has been filed about one and half decades back.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
