Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents 2 and 3 in imposing the condition of qualifying marks in Entrance Test for LAWCET-2004 and thereby declaring the petitioner as not qualified in spite of the petitioner being qualified as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the rules framed by the Government Vide G.O.Ms.No.53 dt.26.7.2003.
