ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to undergo Language Pandit Training Course as illegal and arbitrary.
The petitioners made applications in pursuance of the notification dated 03.07.2004 for the academic year 2004-05. No interim orders have been passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners. As the academic year has already been over, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
