ORAL ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home. Both the counsel agreed that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.20253 of 2004 dated 4.11.2004.
Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. It is, however, made clear that the respondents are at
liberty to take appropriate action against the members of the petitioner-club if they promote any illegal activities in their premises. It is also made clear that in case any search or inspection is conducted in the premises of the petitioner, it should be done in the presence of the mediators having respectable status in the locality. No costs.
