ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in interfering with the petitioner’s peaceful possession of House bearing Municipal No.22-7-375/A, (Portion of H.No.22-7375) admeasuring 200 sq. yards situated at Konche Muragh Khana Mandi Miralam, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.
The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, has stated that the police have not received any complaint from the municipal authorities and the police are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioner’s house.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
