Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent in not considering the representations dt.2511-2003 and 15-12-2003 of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and clear violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and also violation of principles of natural justice and to direct the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner above to depute a surveyor to demarcate the agricultural land in survey No.615/ admeasuring Ac.2.16 guntas by fixing up boundary stones and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper.
