Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or other appropriate order or direction in the nature of a writ declaring the action of the respondents vide their memo dt.03.02.2000 vide proceedings No.Lr.No.A6/49 HIG Developed Plots/B. Puram, Final Cost/2000/4543 at Vijayawada, Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and violative of principles of natural justice in the interest of justice and pass necessary order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
