ORDER:
The prayer in the Writ Petition is to consider the petitioners for appointment to the post of Teachers as they have qualified as Special Teachers/SGBT in DSC, 1989 vide hall ticket nos. 1065 and
2716 respectively.
Heard both sides.
The claim of the petitioners is belated. No further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition in view of the fact that several D.S.Cs. have been conducted thereafter. Therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
