O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed, seeking declaration that the action of the 1st respondent in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 2.10.2004, and not investigating the crime as being illegal, and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint, dated 2.10.2004, made by the petitioner and investigate into the same and take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 5.
A detailed counter affidavit is filed by the 1st respondent, contending that the Crime No.538/2004 under Sections 448 and 379 IPC was registered on 8.10.2004 and the investigation is still pending in the said crime.
Therefore, no further orders are required, in this writ petition, since the prayer
of the petitioner is already complied with.
The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
