ORDER:
The writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus declaring the action of the second and third respondents in interfering with the day-to-day business affairs of petitioner-company at its Head Office and Branches in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and not allowing the staff of the petitioner-company to open the offices and transact business, under the guise of the alleged investigation in Cr.No.434 of 2005 of the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the respondents.
The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, has
stated that the day-to-day business affairs of the petitioner-company at its Head Office and Branches in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad are not interfered with.
Recorded the said submission. There is no lis to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
