ORDER:
Questioning the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioner to take the assistance of a co-worker in the domestic enquiry commenced with effect from 18.12.2001, the present writ petition has been filed.
On 16.09.2002, this Court granted permission to the petitioner to take the assistance of Sri M.L. Varma, co-worker in the domestic enquiry.
Since the only issue involved in this writ petition is whether or not the petitioner be permitted to take the assistance of a co-worker viz., M.L. Varma in the domestic enquiry, had already been granted by this Court on 16.09.2002 in W.P.M.P.No.21405 of 2002, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
