ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu)
Alleging that the money lenders have occupied her agricultural lands and are harassing her, the petitioner sent a telegram dated 10.08.2005 to this Court, which is taken up as Writ Petition.
On 29.08.2005, this Court directed the District and Sessions Judge, Cuddapah to
cause an enquiry by the concerned Magistrate and verify from the petitioner whether the telegram was in fact sent by her or not. Pursuant to the same, the District and Sessions Judge, Cuddapah directed the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur to submit a report. The petitioner appeared before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur and gave a statement stating that she has not issued any telegram to this Court and it might have been issued by her relatives or friends.
Since the allegation is that the money lenders have occupied the agricultural lands of the petitioner, the remedy of the petitioner is otherwise and elsewhere and so leaving open all the remedies available to the petitioner under law, no further directions need be given in this Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
