ORDER : (Per Hon’ble Sri Bilal Nazki, ACJ)
An application for withdrawal of the writ petition has been filed, in which it has been stated that the parties have compromised outside the Court. But the learned counsel for respondent pointed out yesterday that there had been no compromise and the writ petitioners have not paid even a single pie towards the liability, therefore, we directed the petitioners to be present. It is accepted at the Bar that there is no compromise so far. Only an offer was made for a one-time settlement, but even according to that settlement, the petitioners have not paid any money towards the Bank.
Recording these facts, we allow the writ petition to be withdrawn and it is accordingly dismissed. All the interim orders granted earlier, stands vacated. No order as to costs.
