Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order or issue a Writ, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the first respondent in attaching the Bank account of the petitioner maintained with the second respondent as illegal and consequently to set aside the order No. AP/SRO/GNT/33014/PI/Comp.III/03/461, dated 23.5.2003 and pass such other order or orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The Court made the following :
ORDER:
The writ petition is filed for a declaration that the attachment of the bank account of the petitioner is illegal.
2. While admitting the writ petition, a learned single Judge of this Court by order dated 18.7.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.18163 of 2003, granted interim suspension of the order as sought. Consequently, the proceedings before the respondents went on and the respondent passed a final order on 02.6.2004.
3. Hence the writ petition becomes infructuous and the petitioner, if aggrieved, has to question the order dated 02.6.2004 in appropriate Forum. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
