Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to allow the petitioners to take the Unani- Entrance examination scheduled to be held on the 19th of June 2005 by declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to take the examination as arbitrary and illegal.
