Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to evicting the petitioner on 30-04-2005 while permitting the other shop owner as arbitrary, illegal and violative of article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to renew the licence of the shop No.1 for another period of one year as given to the other shop owner.
