ORDER:
Challenging the action of the second respondent in keeping document no. P.26 of 1998 pending as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct him to register and release the document no.P 26 of 1998, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Admittedly, as against the impugned action, an alternative statutory remedy is available to the petitioner. Therefore, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under law. No costs.
