Writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in reserving Ward No.28 of Kagaz Nagar Municipality of Adilabad District for Scheduled Tribe Community. The elections have already been held. Therefore, the writ petition itself has become infructuous.
Hence, the Writ Petition and the Writ Appeal are dismissed. However, dismissal of Writ Petition and Writ Appeal would not be an impediment for the petitioner to seek any other remedy, which may be available to him in law.
