Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd & 5th respondent institutions in seeking to cancel the admissions of the petitioners and in refusing to accept the examination fees as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to permit the students to complete the Degree Course without any inference and hindrance and issue such other writ of order or directions as deemed fit
and proper in the circumstances of the case.
