The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the authorities to complete the investigation in crime no.15 of 2002 of Atmakur p.s., Nellore district and file the charge sheet without any delay.

The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in completing investigation in crime no.15 of 2002 registered with respondent no.3.
While admitting the writ petition, the respondent no.3 was directed to complete the enquiry within six weeks from the date of receipt of order dated 31.01.2003. The same was extended for a further period of six months for enabling the investigating agency to complete the enquiry and file charge sheet by order dated 28.4.2003 passed in W.P.M.P.No.6884 of 2003.
The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submitted that after due investigation into the crime, necessary report has been filed before the competent court. In view of the same, no further cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
This writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
