Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to continue the petitioner society to execute the sanitation work already entrusted to the petitioner society and being executed by the petitioner society, as they are also entitled for the entrustment of the sanitation work even as per GO.Ms.No.30, MA, Dt.18/01/2000.
