Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue of a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, appropriate direction or order declaring that the 1st respondent shall not consider the 2nd respondent whose bid is disqualified for the purpose of awarding the contract relating to opening of money exchange counters at the arrival and departure of the international terminal of the Airport of Hyderabad in pursuance to the notice inviting tender published in the Hindu dated
