Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional the action of the Respondents in not issuing hall tickets to the Petitioner to appear for the 1st year M.B.B.S. examinations to be held from 05-10-2004 and issue a consequential direction to permit the Petitioner to appear for the 1st year M.B.B.S. Examinations and pass such other or further order or orders as are deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent University.
2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that hall ticket was issued to the petitioner pending clarification from the college where he was admitted into I year MBBS Course. On receipt of clarification from the college, stating that total number of classes attended by the petitioner satisfy 75% of the attendance required, they have decided to issue hall ticket and it is being issued now. The same is placed on record.
Having regard to the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and it is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
