Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to Issue a writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in not conducting enquiry into the formation of road from vempet to Yousufnagar village of Metpally Mandal, Karimnagar District as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents herein to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action against the persons involved in the issue as per law.

The grievance ventilated by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, can be agitated before the Lokayukta, with an appropriate application, with regard to the alleged irregularities and illegalities committed by the concerned authorities in execution of the works and contracted amounts.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the Lokayukta, by way of filing an appropriate application. There shall be no order as to costs.
