Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings bearing No. P1/118(4)/2003 dated 31-3-2004 and confirm the same by the 1st and 2nd respondents vide their proceedings bearing Nos. PA/19(76)/2004, DVM-H, dated 17-5-2004 and No. PA/675(43)/04 RM-A dated 21-6-2004 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the regulation of the Corporation and inviolation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service of the Corporation with all benefits.
