Sessions Judge, Mahaboobnagar at Gadwal, dated 31-3-2004 in Crl.A.No.115 of 1998 preferred against the Judgment of the court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal in CC No.139 of 1997.
The Court made the following ORDER :
“ The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Court below against the petitioner-accused is suspended and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal.”
