The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s order holding that it has no jurisdiction in this dispute has not been challenged. In view of this, any order passed without jurisdiction will be a nullity. The impugned order is, therefore, set aside, this will, however, not prevent the respondents form seeking relief in some other forum or in any other manner as they may be advised. No disconneciton will take place for a period of at least 15 days.
