Considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties.

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6126/2022 is filed on behalf of twenty petitioners and during pendency of the writ petition, application No.1/2024 was filed on behalf of twelve petitioners for seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition qua them. A Coordinate Bench while considering the prayer, allowed the

application No.1/2024, thus, the writ petition remained pending qua eight petitioners.

While passing the order, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has further directed to the petitioners to file amended cause title within a week and non-filing will result in dismissal of the writ petition without reference to the Court.

Pursuant to order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, Registrar (Judicial) has dismissed the writ petition on 03.07.2025 as the remaining petitioners failed to take steps by filing amended cause-title within one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed amended cause title but same is filed after one week. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents objects the grounds.

Considering submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the delay in filing the cause title, it is appropriate to give one more chance to the petitioners to pursue the remedy before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, the restoration application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to Board.

Office is directed to re-register S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6126/2022 after taking amended cause title on record. 10. List before appropriate roster after two weeks.
