this Court in separate proceedings (supra) and ultimately an order was passed setting aside his reversion, granting him consequential benefits, it was incumbent upon the respondents to have fixed him in the same pay scale as the other Meter Readers who have appointed prior to 1979. Accordingly, the action of the respondents in fixing the petitioner in pay scale No.2 instead of pay scale No.3 is held to be unjustified.
