In the batch of the petitions, the petitioners have challenged the Regulation 42 of the Rajasthan Para-Medical Council (Amendment) Regulation, 2023, which relates to the eligibility of the applicants regarding their domicile.

Counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the condition regarding domicile has been withdrawn by the State Government vide order dated 13.06.2025.

¶132

Counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners have not disputed the issuance of the order dated 13.06.2025.

¶133

In that view of the matter, we grant liberty to the petitioners to file fresh application for their registration with the Rajasthan Para-Medical Council, if, they have not been registered by the respondents after issuance of the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the State Government.

¶134

So far as, the issue of their appointment in pursuance to the advertisement dated 31.05.2023 is concerned, admittedly, since the petitioners were not registered with the Rajasthan ParaMedical Council on the date of issuance of the said advertisement, therefore, the said prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, all the writ petition stand disposed of with the observations/directions made above.
