Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was posted as Senior Assistant in the office of the Additional Chief Medical & Health Officer (Family Planning), District Kotputli-Behror.

Counsel submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in a criminal case, was arrested therein, and was subsequently released on bail on 07.08.2025. Counsel submits that, thereafter, respondent No.2 placed the petitioner under suspension vide order dated 13.08.2025 under the provisions of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958, and during the period of suspension, the petitioner was attached to the office of respondent No.3. Counsel submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.12.2025 seeking reinstatement on the ground that more than three months had elapsed since the order of suspension; however, the respondents neither replied to, nor decided the said representation. It is also submitted that the petitioner thereafter sent a notice for demand of justice to the respondents on 02.04.2026, but no satisfactory action has been taken by the respondents for redressal of the petitioner’s grievance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted permission to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 and the respondent No.2 may be directed to dispose of his representation at the earliest in accordance with law.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before respondent No.2. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the
