Petitioner (in person) has marked appearance and has submitted that recovery proceedings in his matter are stayed. It is submitted that qua the suspension, he wishes to file a representation relying upon judgment of Ajay Kumar Choudhary vs Union Of India Thr. Its Secretary & Anr.: AIR 2015 SC 2389; and that the same be considered in accordance with law.

Considering the said prayer, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with liberty to file representation, the same
