Learned counsel for the petitioner without pressing the writ petition on merits, submits that he had applied for the electricity connection for the same premises. However, at the earlier point of time, he had filed only the receipts of the application and not application copies.

He submits that now he has received the copy of the application submitted before the JVVNL under the Right to Information Act, 2005. He prays that he may be granted liberty to place those documents on record.
