Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition can be disposed of in light of the judgments passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Shankaran Dash Vs. Union of India reported in (1991) 3 SCC 47 and State of Orissa & Anr. Vs. Raj Kishore Nanda & Ors. reported in (2010) 6 SCC 777. Learned counsel is also not able to refute the fact that in the instant matter, there is no vacancy left and future recruitment process has already been completed.
Considering the aforementioned, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition as no vacancy is left
