Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that the applicants are young men aged 25 and 19 years and sole bread earner of their family. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed. There is one criminal antecedent registered against the applicants. It is further submitted that the matters are triable by Magistrate. Learned counsel further submits that the conclusion of trial is likely to take a long time and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the applicants behind bars till disposal of the case.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. It is submitted that matter pertains to organized cyber crime. It is further submitted that by creating fake sites on pretext of marriage proposals, money has extracted and persons have been looted.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that accused-applicants are young men aged 25 and 19 years and sole bread earner of their family; that charge-sheet has been filed; that there is one criminal antecedent registered against the accused-applicants; that the matters are triable by Magistrate and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail applications of the accused-applicants and enlarge them on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants 1.
