Learned counsel for the petitioner has put his reliance upon the dictum encapsulated in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15058/2024 titled Rajbala & Ors. Versus The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (Annexure-13). Further, learned counsel placed his reliance upon order dated 23.07.2025, which has been passed in pursuance of the representation submitted by the petitioner, and it is submitted that without verifying the fact of the payment made through cash and the period of service, non-speaking order came to be passed qua the petitioner. Moreover, it is submitted that the experience certificate may duly be verified by the

respondents and the order dated 23.07.2025 may be set aside and a fresh order may be passed in the light of ratio encapsulated in Rajbala (supra) and S.B.CWPNo.14929/2024 (Annexure-12) relevant extract from which is reproduced herein below:

"(1) One post of Female Health Worker pursuant to advertisement dated 19.05.2023 shall be kept vacant for each of the petitioners in the district(s) of their preference vis-a-vis their merit position till final verification of their experience certificate.

(2) The petitioners shall be posted as per their preference vis-a-vis their merit position if found eligible ultimately qua their experience certificate."

Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Prakhar Jain appearing on behalf of Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC, submits that the instant matter can be disposed of and the respondent-authorities will verify the experience certificate in light of the said dictum and appropriate orders will be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of 60 days.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of above-referred dictum of Rajbala (Supra) . Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed.
