Petitioner is present in person and she has duly been identified by her counsel.

Instant criminal misc. petition has been filed by petitioner seeking protection from private respondents Nos.5 to 14, who are family members of the petitioner, as she is apprehending danger to her life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in inquiry, allegations levelled by the petitioner were found correct and, therefore, complaint under Section 126/135 of BNSS, 2023 has been submitted in the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Madhorajpura, District Jaipur.

In view of the above factual averments, this Court deems it just and proper to direct the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking protection before respondent No.4-Station House Officer, Police Station Renwal, District Jaipur Rural, Jaipur (Raj.) and respondent no.4 is directed to provide protection to the petitioner, if any application is filed before him and he would ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner.
