By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made to issue directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in connection with FIR No.160/2024, registered at the Police Station Bhusawar, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 341, 323, 379, 384, 452, 504, 506 and 120B IPC.

It appears that in the instant FIR lodged by the petitioner, when no effective investigation was conducted by the Investigating Officer, the petitioner submitted several representations before the authorities concerned for issuing appropriate directions to the concerned Investigating Officer to take adequate steps for expeditious investigation. However, when

no heed was paid, the petitioner approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

Looking to the fact that the representations, submitted by the petitioner, are still lying pending before the authorities concerned, the petitioner is directed to file one more representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur along with copy of this order.

In case, such representation is submitted by the petitioner, it is expected from the Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur to look into the matter and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously as early as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant criminal misc. petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
