The S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2494/2022 and 2650/2022 have been submitted by the accused-petitioners for quashing the impugned FIR No.51/2021 registered with the Police Station Shyam Nagar, District Jaipur City (South) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B IPC. While the S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1044/2024 has been submitted by the complainant-petitioner for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the aforesaid case. 2. At the very outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report dated 14.04.2026 received from the Station House Officer, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (South) that after investigation, the Police has found the instant case is of civil nature and has proposed Final Report (Negative). He further submits that the matter is still awaiting orders of the Commissioner of Police and immediately after receiving the orders of the Commissioner of Police, appropriate report would be submitted before the concerned Court.

Considering the contents of the factual report and looking to the fact that after investigation, the Police has found the present matter as civil in nature, all the instant criminal misc. petitions have become infructuous.
