The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.476/2011 registered at Police Station ACB, District Jaipur for offences under Sections 13(1)(c) (d) (2) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the same FIR, the Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted the benefit of anticipatory bail to the co-accused-Asha Ram Meena on 04.08.2023. He further submits that in cases involving similar allegations, the Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the present petitioner on 04.11.2025, and to

the other co-accused charged in similar nature of the FIR on 26.09.2025. It is contended that the case of the present petitioner stands on the same footing, and therefore, he is also entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, hence on the ground of parity, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the ground of parity and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner- Guman Singh S/o Devi Lal shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for his appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
