This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.342/2025 registered with the Police Station Sadar Dholpur, District Dholpur for offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 112(2), 281, 132 & 109(1) of B.N.S. 2023, Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Sections 29 & 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, Sections 41 & 42 of the Rajasthan Forest Act, 1953 and Sections 3(1), 25(1B), 5(1)(A) & 25(1)(a) Arms Act, 1959 (amended 2019).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusedpetitioner has been implicated in the case based on the false and fabricated facts. He further submits that the co-accused, namely, Sachin and Sunil Kumar have already been enlarged on bail by the

Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel further submits that as per the contents of the F.I.R., the case of the accused-petitioner is in no manner distinguishable from the case of the co-accused persons who have already been enlarged on bail.

It is also submitted that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2025.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and so as to maintain the parity as the co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided, he furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
