The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.39/2026 registered at Police Station Rupangarh, District Ajmer for offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 110 of B.N.S., 2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsels for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the petitioner Rahul Raav is the real brother of co-accused Vishal Bhat and Shaktiman Bhat who have already been enlarged on bail by this Hon'ble Court on 23.04.2026. It is further stated that due to a family dispute between petitioner Rahul Raav and his wife, the FIR has been lodged by the complainant on false and fabricated grounds against the petitioner. lodged a cross-case against the complainant’s side concerning the same incident in which the petitioner himself has sustained several injuries. It is further submitted that none of the injuries as claimed by the prosecution are dangerous to life. The petitioner is behind the bars since 05.04.2026. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and consequently, the bail application deserves to be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner.

Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Rahul Raav S/o Kaluram Raav, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
