Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; charge-sheet has already been filed; He further submits that petitioner is behind the bars since 28.10.2025. Co-accused persons namely Suresh Chand Agarwal and Mahesh have been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 27.03.2026 in S.B.

Criminal Misc. 2^nd Bail Application Nos. 2359/2026 and 2827/2026 respectively; conclusion of trial may take a long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars and, therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.

Per contra , learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that there are three other criminal antecedents registered against the accused-petitioner. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed. The petitioner is behind the bars since 28.10.2025 ; co-accused persons namely Suresh Chand Agarwal and Mahesh have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court; trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Manoj Gurjar S/o Lalchand is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6.
