Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a limited prayer that the applicants be permitted to surrender themselves before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicants on the same date of making surrender.

Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea.

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, however without commenting anything upon the merits/demerits of the case, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accused-
