Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a limited prayer that the applicant be permitted to surrender himself before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicant on the same date of making surrender.

Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea.

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, however without commenting anything upon the merits/demerits of the case, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accused-applicant shall surrender himself before the learned Trial Court concerned. The said Court is directed to consider the application so moved, or plea so made by the surrendering accused-applicant on the very same date.
